Content in tight spaces
Here a two examples of writing copy to fit in tight spaces.
Problem
Descriptions needed to be 50 characters or less for each tile.

Solution
We used supporting materials to describe the additional options and categorized them as manuals, replacement items, or supplemental material.
Problem
The tiered pricing table in the purchase flow had to fit and meet the following requirements:
- Make the column content clear without column headings
- Promote a discounted price without changing the table size or format
- Use copy that would cover units or user seats for licensing

Solution
We decided the most important information was the number of products required for each total. Adding a third column to include the savings for each would be less easy to scan.
Good to know
Users understood that the pricing was per unit.
