Content for IT professionals

Problem

This example is my first hero content. (I’ve also included more recent examples below it.) I was given a few hours to come up with copy for management approval on our hero direction.

The message needed to convey the following concepts about getting certifications with Pearson:

  • Our offerings are convenient for any professional
  • Our certifications help you get to the next level in your career
  • You should choose Pearson because we are the experts

Solution

The messaging was well-received as a proof of concept. I knew we wouldn’t end up using at your fingertips. The main idea was that the content would support our image.

In subsequent iterations, I was able to provide more concise, but compelling hero copy and headlines on additional certification course pages. At this point, the copy needed to be specific to IT.
